At Myco Powered, we take pride in providing high-quality products made to order to ensure freshness and quality. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days after they are placed. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect processing times.

  • Shipping Method: We ship orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure reliable and efficient delivery to our customers.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package's delivery status.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Myco Powered. Here's our return policy:

 

  • Made to Order Products: Please note that all of our grain and substrate products are made to order to ensure freshness and quality. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for grain and substrate purchases. However, we guarantee our products are sterile before inoculation. If you encounter any issues, we will replace them promptly.

  • Cultivation Supplies: If you are not satisfied with your cultivation supplies purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

  • Extract Tinctures: Due to the nature of our products, all extract sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at Myco.Powered@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on returning the item(s).

  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Myco.Powered@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
