Shipping Policy
Processing Time

Substrate, grain, and agar products are prepared fresh and typically ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Premade Grow Kits require additional processing time and typically ship within 10 days. They are prepared fresh and must undergo colonization in our facility before being sent to their final destination.

All other products are ready to ship and will be sent out within the same timeframe.
Shipping Method & Cost

Orders over $30 qualify for free shipping within the continental U.S. and are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Orders under $30 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Alaska and Hawaii orders must be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage at full cost, which will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so we make our policies clear to ensure a smooth experience.
Made-to-Order Products (Grain & Substrate Bags)

To maintain freshness and quality, all grain and substrate products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, we guarantee our products are sterile before inoculation. If you experience contamination before use, contact us—we will replace your order promptly.
Premade Grow Kits

Premade Grow Kits are prepared fresh and require colonization before shipping. Because of their perishable nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges on grow kits.
Cultivation Supplies

You may return unused cultivation supplies within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.
Extract Tinctures

Due to their nature, all tincture sales are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at mycopowered@gmail.com right away. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
How to Request a Return

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
